Shipping policy

Where and how fast

We ship to addresses in the United States. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days from the day your order leaves us. Orders usually leave within 24–48 hours on business days and ship with tracking. You get the tracking details by email as soon as the parcel moves.

What it costs

Orders over $75 ship free. On smaller orders, any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Whatever total checkout shows is the total we charge.

Everything in one order ships together, whichever departments it came from.

If something goes wrong

• Tracking has stopped moving. Carriers have slow weeks. If tracking stalls for more than a couple of days, contact us and we will chase it from our end.
• Wrong address. Email us as soon as you spot it. If the parcel has not left yet we will try to correct it.
• Damaged or wrong item. Send us a photo and your order number. Our mistakes are fixed at our cost.

Sending something back

You pay for your own return shipping, and shipping costs are not refundable. If you are returning something worth more than $75, use a trackable service or insure the parcel: we cannot guarantee we will receive a return that goes missing. Full details are in the return & cancellation policy.
