By placing an order or using this site you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy below. Please read them before you order, and keep a copy if you like.

1. Using this site

You must be able to form a binding contract under United States law to buy here, which means adults only. Use the site lawfully and in line with these terms. You may not copy or reuse our content without permission, attempt to break or overload the site, use someone else’s identity or payment details, send spam through our forms, or collect information about other visitors.

2. Ordering and payment

When you press Place order, you authorise us to charge your card for the items in your cart and the total shown at checkout. Every purchase is a one-time purchase. Deal Depot Direct does not sell subscriptions and does not set up repeat billing. A receipt follows by email after a successful charge.

3. Prices and accuracy

Prices are in US dollars. We work to keep product information, prices and photos accurate, but mistakes happen, including typing errors and pricing errors. If we find one we may correct it or cancel an affected order and refund you in full. A “Compare at” figure is a comparison with typical prices at other retailers on the date shown, not a price we charged before. How our prices work.

4. Shipping and returns

We ship within the United States, usually with delivery in 2–5 business days, and orders over $75 ship free. You have 30 days from receipt to request a refund, in any condition. 5. Product and health information

Information on this site is for general purposes. It is not a substitute for advice from a doctor or other health professional, and you should not use it to diagnose or treat a medical condition. Read the instructions that come with any product before you use it. Statements about dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition, speak with a clinician before using supplements, compression wear or any health-check device.

6. Fraud prevention

We may ask for extra confirmation of an order, and we may cancel, delay or refuse an order we suspect is fraudulent. During checkout we record details such as the time, date and IP address, and we may share records with card companies and law-enforcement agencies when we suspect card fraud.

7. Ownership of the site

The text, design, graphics and arrangement of this site belong to us or our suppliers and licensors. “Deal Depot Direct”, the logo and the page design are ours. You may not use them without written permission, and you may not frame this site or deep-link to its pages in a way that suggests we endorse something.

8. Links to other sites

Where this site links to other websites, we do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

9. Warranties and liability

The site and the products are provided “as is” and “as available”. Products carry only whatever warranty the manufacturer supplies in the packaging. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid for the products involved. We are not responsible for failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, carrier or network outages or acts of government.

10. Disputes

Please contact us first so we can try to put things right. If a dispute cannot be settled that way, it will be resolved by confidential, binding arbitration rather than in court, and the award may be enforced in any court with jurisdiction. Claims must be brought individually, not as a class or representative action, and you waive any right to join your claim with others. Either side may ask a court for an injunction to stop infringement of its rights. Any claim must be filed within one year after it arises. These terms are governed by applicable United States law.

11. Changes and ending access

We may update these terms and the privacy policy by posting a new version here. Using the site after that means you accept the current version. We may end access for anyone we reasonably believe has broken these terms, and may cancel open orders in that case. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest stays in force. These terms and the policies they refer to are the whole agreement between you and us about using the site.

Privacy policy

This policy explains what we collect when you use Deal Depot Direct, why, and who sees it. It is part of the terms above. The site is meant for people in the United States.

What we collect

• What you give us: name, email address, phone number, delivery address and your order details when you check out; anything you write in our forms.
• Payment details: card details are sent over an encrypted connection to our payment processing system to complete your purchase, and are used only for that.
• Technical data: your IP address, browser and device details and the pages you view. We use this to keep the site working, understand how it is used and spot fraud.
• Browser storage: your cart is kept in your own browser so that it is still there when you come back. Clearing your browser data empties it.

How we use it

To take and ship your order, take payment, send receipts and delivery updates, answer your messages, process refunds and cancellations, prevent fraud, and improve the site. We email you about your order and support requests. We send other email only to people who have agreed to receive it, and every such email has an unsubscribe link; you can also write to [email protected] to stop it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing without your permission. We do share what is needed with the companies that help us run the shop: payment processors, shipping and fulfilment partners, email, hosting and analytics providers. They may use it only to do their job for us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to respond to legal process, to enforce our terms, or to investigate fraud or threats to safety.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technology for basic operation and to understand traffic. Advertising networks and other third parties may use their own technology if you reach us through an ad; we do not control that. You can set your browser to refuse or warn about cookies, though parts of the site may then stop working.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we delete it.

Security and storage

We use encryption and access controls to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that unauthorised access will never happen. Your information is stored in the United States, and if you use the site from elsewhere you agree to that transfer.

Your choices

You can ask us to remove your information, or stop using it for anything beyond your order, by emailing [email protected]. We may keep what the law or our records require, such as order and payment records.

Changes

If we change this policy, the new version takes effect when it is posted on this page.
